With her keen interest in learning new software programs, she has been able to combine her skills to assist in managing Arbor Australis Consulting for the last four years. As a personable, motivated and highly organised professional, Lucy ensures seamless operations and fosters positive team dynamics.

Profile: Dia Mae Luzares

Dia is a licensed Architect and also gained Master Plumber registration in the Philippines during her early career. Her 12 years’ experience across the architecture and engineering industries has equipped her with a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge. With a specialised background as a Landscape Detailer, Dia has gained extensive understanding of landscape design and a proficiency in CAD drafting, particularly in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Dia is highly capable, organised and has meticulous attention to detail, helping her deliver quality design outcomes.

Adrian is a business manager with extensive experience in governance, operational management, and strategic service delivery. This experience has included working with arboreal teams within local government, including related Council reporting and statutory frameworks. Adrian has built a reputation for delivering sustainable outcomes, optimising business performance, and driving organisational growth. With a pragmatic yet innovative approach, Adrian consistently ensures compliance and develops high-performing teams.
